As we gear up for the busy holiday season, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Shop Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to manage our shop operations and provide outstanding customer service. This seasonal, part-time role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds when necessary.

PURPOSE: Support execute all aspects of customer service & production.
General Overview of Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day shop operations, including inventory management and order processing.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of gutter and Christmas light installations.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Support the installation team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service is critical.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Arrive on time and ready to work (VERY IMPORTANT)
Availability to work flexible hours/overtime during the holiday season.
