Customer Service at Dog Boarding Facility

We are seeking permanent part-time and full-time Customer Service Specialists at our luxury dog facility.
 
You must be able to work shifts during the week in addition to some shifts on the weekends.
This is not a weekend only or Monday-Friday only position.
Shift times:
Weekdays 6:00 am-12:30 pm and 1:45-7 pm
Sat 7:30-11:30 am and 3:30-7 pm
Sun 2:30-7 pm
 
Full-time staff work every other weekend.
Part-time staff need to be available to work every weekend, but may not be scheduled for all three shift times each weekend.
Employees must also be able to work around holidays, as we are a 365 day/year business.

Applicants need to be at least 18 years old.

Starting wage until out of training is $12.25/hr. Training typically takes about 3 weeks. Once out of training, wage will increase to $14.25/hr.
At 3 months of employment, you will begin to receive tips from the tip pool through your paycheck, and will be eligible for a performance based raise.

Candidates must have a love for working with people and dogs, and must be able to conduct themselves with poise under pressure. 
Solid multitasking, attention to detail, phone and computer skills are a must. 
Much of the job entails answering questions and taking reservations; in person, over the phone, by email, or via text.
The candidate must be okay with some physical duties, such as fast walking (to retrieve dogs), guiding dogs of all sizes on leash, daily cleaning tasks, etc.
