Job Description - Customer Service Receptionist

Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is Hiring an Automotive Customer Service / Receptionist

Answering in bound Service Department Calls

Scheduling Appointments for Service Repairs

Make outbound Appointment Reminder Calls

Fill In for Main Dealership Receptionist when Needed

Experience with CDK a big plus

Part Time Schedule

Qualifications

Great personality, ability to multi task and desire to create excellent customer experience

Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve

Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team

Valid Drivers License Required
