PetVet Care Centers' Providence South Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our strong team in Waxhaw, NC. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we are looking for some who has a passion for animals. Our ideal candidate should be able to work compassionately with clients and their pets. Veterinary client service experience is desired. Job duties include answering phones, greeting clients on arrival, completing financial transactions, and educating pet owners. This is a part time position.
Job Types: Part-time
Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 7:30 am-6:00pm
- WednesdaysL 7:30 am-5:00pm
- Every other Thursday: 7:30 am-2:00 pm
- Every other Saturday: 7:45 am-1:00pm
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Waxhaw, NC 28173: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pet care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Animal care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Animal restraint: 1 year (Preferred)
