Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Full background check & drug testing (pre-employment in laboratory and on-the-spot without notice) required. Amusement center for kids. Indoor facility with inflatables and indoor playground.

Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise kids active in play. Help customers with booking birthday parties. Help schools for booking field trips.

Host birthday parties. Sanitize & disinfect facility. Day to day cleaning and regular operations.

Bilingual is a plus. Previous experience of tele marketing is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills

Person should be kids friendly and pleasant personality. Person must be able to work weekdays and weekends. Shift timings are Mon- Fri 2 pm- 8 pm and Sat-Sun 10 am -8 pm.
