Slaughter Agency, Inc.  with American Family Insurance seeks a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you thrive on helping others and enjoy flexibility, we want you on our team!
 Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency. You will answer phones, handle billing inquiries, and payments, coordinate prospecting activities, cross-selling, and set personalized insurance reviews. You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Experience: Two years of customer service experience is preferred, but we value individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.

  • Required: Possession of a Property and Casualty and Life insurance license is required for this role.
