Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Part-time

Description

Must provide front desk coverage during lunch hours
Greet and register patients in a friendly, pleasant manner
Maintain customer relationships with referring physician offices and patients
Work with multiple computer programs simultaneously
Work closely with technologist, radiologist and other departments in the company
Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills; able to perform multi-tasks; maintain confidentiality

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a medical setting preferable in a physician office or imaging center
