Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Hall’s Culligan (Cleveland – Brooklyn Heights) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, starting at $17.50/hour + monthly bonus opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Support customers via phone, text, and email


• Answer questions, solve problems, and create a great experience


• Recommend products and services based on customer needs


• Keep accurate records of interactions

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable multitasking and using computer systems


• Previous customer service experience is a plus


• This role requires the ability to wear a telephone headset for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day, while handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
