Description

Summary : Provides excellence in customer service. Assist customers with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and concierge questions and support. Completes all paperwork for audits, guest information, and reports. Coordinates with housekeeping to ensure guest house cleanliness on the weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of customer service expereince
• Ability to make change, operate a cash register, and operate a computer software system.
  
  Computer Competency
  Familiarity with standard desktop and windows based computer system, including email, e-learning, intranet, and computer navigation. Ability to use other software required to perform essential functions.
  
  This position will work every Saturday and Sunday 11a-3p
