About This Role:

As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service, Rental, and Client Experience Departments while ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. This position is responsible for vehicle pick-up and delivery, optimizing the rental experience, and providing world-class customer service. We strive to not only meet our clients' needs—but to exceed them at every opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the Client Experience (CX), Rental, and Service Departments with daily operations.
  
  
  • Safely pick up and deliver rental and customer vehicles to and from the dealership.
  
  
  • Capture photos of rental and customer vehicles as required.
  
  
  • Clean and maintain rental vehicles after each drive.
  
  
  • Complete a provided checklist for each trip and submit it promptly.
  
  
  • Maintain professional and direct communication with clients and associates.
  
  
  • Accurately input required information into company software.
  
  
  • Build and maintain strong service relationships to enhance the customer experience.
  
  
  • Arrive on time, ready to represent Carvenience with professionalism and enthusiasm!
  
  
  
  

What you'll need to be successful:

• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential.


• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite is required.


• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are a must.


• A positive attitude, flexibility, and patience are valued traits.


• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are necessary.


• Professionalism and high character standards are key attributes.


• A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to exceptional service is essential.


• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (ability to drive a manual transmission preferred).


• Ability to address client concerns confidently is crucial.
