Daily Living Support Caregiver

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide essential assistance to clients in Cambridge, OH, Senecaville, OH, and the surrounding areas. This role involves helping seniors and individuals with daily activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring


• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment


• Assist with errands and appointment transportation when required


• Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred but not required


• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality


• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively


• Valid driver's license, your own reliable vehicle and up to date car insurance


• Background check and drug screening compliance


• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
