- Increase program registrants and manage relationships with partners and staff members
- Enhance our reputation of excellence with partners
- Support the program director with communicative and administrative responsibilities
- Demonstrate consistency in eagerness, accountability, organization, and professionalism
Requirements Prior to Training:
- 1-2 years of teaching experience with kids ages 2-12 and large groups
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Current physical (form will be provided)
- 3 professional reference letters from previous employers
Compensation:
- Paid training (minimum of 25 hours) at $16 per hour
- Instructional pay ranging from $25 to $35 per hour
