Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Individual to join our team! In this role, you are the face of the store, welcoming customers and preparing smoothies.
You will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products while inspiring them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. and time at our shop. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Welcome Guests in the store with a smile

Take smoothie orders

Explain the menu items to Guests

Create a variety of smoothies, from basic to more complex

Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency

Prep Smoothie goods and wash dishes and blender bowls

Maintain a clean work environment and follow food safety guidelines

Be responsible for product and Guest service standards

Foster an environment of teamwork

Qualifications:

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring

Excellent customer service skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods

Requirements:

Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements

Interaction with the public and co-workers constantly and positively during shifts

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system

Ability to regularly move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store

Ability to constantly bend, reach and scoop

Ability to access refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40-10 degrees Fahrenheit

Ability to tolerate exposure to food allergens
