Daycare Summer Care Assistant

 

Little Duckling is looking for full and part-time childcare assistants to help care for young children during our summer session. Do you love children? Are you fun and full of energy? Are you looking for summer income?  
We'd love to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include greeting parents and children warmly, supervising children during playtimes and making playtime fun. Help supervise children during outdoor activities and field trips. Providing ratio support in classrooms as needed.

·      High school diploma or GED is required.  

·      Previous experience in childcare center or similar setting is desirable. 

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 

·      Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail. 

·      Must be 18 years of age.

·      Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen

Monday - Friday (full and part-time hours available) 6:00am - 6:00pm

Compensation: $12.50-$16.50 per hour based on education and experience
