 Fresh Start Developmental Learning and Fine Art Center is a center-based organization that believe every child can learn but in their own way. Our method of teaching is based not only on the natural learning process of each child, but with lots of hands-on learning. We believe every child learn at a different pace which is why we keep our classrooms small so that each child can get that one-on-one attention with their teachers.

We believe every child can master every task that is presented to them.  Our teachers reinforce learning as a positive experience. We believe that success develops the child’s self-confidence and self-esteem. With the love and passion, Fresh Start have for our children, we are dedicated to the highest quality and care, making an ever-lasting mark on the children we serve as always, one student, one teacher, one community at a time.
