Delivery Driver Castleton

Delivery Drivers are responsible for food transportation, fulfilling customers’ needs and ensuring on-time delivery. All drivers will be cross-trained in store operations including answering phones, preparing food, cleaning and other tasks.

PAY

• Hourly Pay - Direct Deposit Weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically
• Be time sensitive to customer promise times and be vigilant about meeting or beating them
• Maintain presentation of your vehicle and always wear the required uniform in order to make a positive impression
• Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty
• Create a positive rapport with customers both on the phones, in the store and in their homes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Greet customers, take their order and prepare the meal
• Provide excellent service, ensuring that you treat customers with respect, dignity and courtesy
• Work as part of a team to attain the highest standards possible
• Ensure order accuracy and completion of order
• Follow proper cash handling procedures/safety precautions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast paced work environment that may be stressful at times
• Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision
• Reliable vehicle/must possess and maintain valid driver’s license/automobile insurance
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
• Enjoys and likes interacting with people
• Good listening and oral communication skills
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
