Delivery Driver Part-Time (Clifton Park Location)

Description

Benson’s Pet Center is currently seeking a reliable, friendly delivery driver to join our team at our Clifton Park store. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and working independently.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50lbs regularly, including loading and unloading the delivery vehicle.
• Must be comfortable using smartphone technology; training on company apps will be provided.
• A clean driving record and careful, courteous driving are essential, as our delivery van serves as a mobile billboard for Benson’s.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and box up delivery orders from our various locations and load them into the company van.
• Deliver orders to customer homes throughout the Capital District.
• Work independently and manage deliveries efficiently using company-provided technology, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Google Maps.

Schedule:

• Typically 3–5 days per week (Monday–Friday).
• Working hours approximately 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
