Now Hiring: Dental Hygienist (Private Practice | Mon–Wed Only)

6:30 AM–4:30 PM | Private, 1-Doctor Office

Role Description
Are you looking to work in a supportive, non-corporate environment where patient care
comes first—and your time is respected?
We’re a privately owned dental practice seeking a friendly, reliable, and licensed Dental
Hygienist to join our team. This is a part-time position (Monday–Wednesday) with consistent
hours and a focus on quality over quantity.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Wednesday

Morning Huddle: 6:30 AM

First Patient: 7:00 AM

Last Patient: 3:00 PM

Typical End of Day: 4:30 PM

Patient Flow: 1 patient per hour

Lunch Break: 1 hour

Team: 1 Dentist, supportive and stable staff

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in AZ

CPR Certified

Anesthesia License

Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Strong communication skills and patient education mindset

Comfortable working independently in a low-stress, patient-focused environment

About Us

Dr. Verbarg began practicing dentistry in Phoenix a decade ago. Having lived in San Francisco since childhood, Aaron earned his bachelors degree at the University of California at Berkeley and his doctor of dental surgery degree at the University of the Pacific. After graduating, Aaron and his wife, Melanie, moved to Phoenix where Aaron worked alongside a local dentist for four years before taking over for a retiring dentist in 2004.

Since establishing his own practice, Dr. Verbarg has surrounded himself with a dedicated team of staff members. From the front-office staff, to dental assistants and hygienists, every member’s goal is creating a comfortable, friendly environment.

Dr. Verbarg’s reputation for building longstanding relationships with his patients, along with his dedication to solid dental practices, keeps existing patients coming back and referring their family and friends.
