Dr. Johnann Yi is seeking a talented and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join their team of oral healthcare professionals. As a practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care, we are looking for an individual who shares our values and commitment to excellence.

$5k hiring bonus offered. Dr. Yi offers competitive pay and benefits.  Hourly rate of pay is $65-$75+/hr. dependent on experience. 

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
• Take and record radiographic images.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
• Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
• Compassionate patient centric approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
