Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Dr. Caton State

Description

We are seeking a talented and compassionate part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join Dr. State's team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Pay range is $55-$63/hour, depending on experience. 

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
• Take and record radiographic images.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
• Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment

Schedule:

Monday 8am-1pm

Wednesday 8am-5pm

Thursday 8am-5pm

Friday 8am-1pm

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
• Compassionate patient centric approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
