Job Opportunity: Junior Receptionist for a Multi-Specialty Dental Office

We are seeking professional and driven individuals to join our busy, multi-specialty Dental Office as a Junior Receptionist. This position offers the potential to become full-time for the right candidate!

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and translating)

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently

Experienced with computers and knowledgeable about office operations

Reliable, punctual, well-spoken, and professional

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls (multiple lines)

Engaging with patients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner

Registering incoming patients and managing front desk responsibilities
