Dietary Aide/ Culinary Server

Interlude, now Allina Health Restorative Suites, a state-of-the-art transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN, is hiring a Part-Time Dietary Aide/ Culinary Server to join our culinary team. We offer on-the-job training!

In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals in our TCU. Meal times and good food will always be a very important part of everyone's lives! Work with great staff in a fun environment!

This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position available working varied schedules including every other weekend and rotating holidays. This position does have the opportunity to become Full-Time.

Pay Range: $15.25 to $19.38 / hour depending on experience

2 Week Pay Period Shifts:

Week 1
 
Wednesday 7:00 am to 11:00 am
Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Saturday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Sunday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
 
Week 2
 
Tuesday 7:00 am to 11:00 am
Wednesday 7:00 am to 11:00 am
Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

What does a Dietary Aide/Culinary Server do?

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What does a Dietary Aide/Culinary Server require?

• Strong communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests.
