Digital Content Specialist

 We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creation Specialist for a hybrid position supporting our Fairway Marketing Director. This role will focus on developing compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of storytelling, current digital trends, and SEO best practices, with the ability to adapt content for multiple channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. 

Ideal Candidate:

· A strong creative eye and experience with photo/video editing

· Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and social media analytics

· Excellent time management, communication, and follow-through

· The ability to lift 30lbs and work outdoors in any weather

· Personal photo/video equipment (preferred but not required)

· The ability to stand or sit for extended periods

· A perfectionist mindset with a get-it-done attitude

· Filming and editing video content

· Taking high-quality photos for digital use

· Keeping up with current TikTok and YouTube trends

· Writing scripts and brainstorming creative concepts

· Running occasional errands for events or supplies

· Assisting with social media and website content

· Understanding engagement and metrics across all major platforms

· Staying organized, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high attention to detail

· Collaborating with the marketing director on campaigns and day-to-day tasks
