What You'll Do:

• Work as a resident-driven Dining Room Leader
• Support the dining team and assist with the development of open, close and serving duties
• Supervise the dining team and guide them in a direction of positive growth and development
• Speak with residents at meal service and handle their feedback by offering effective solutions to any issue that may arise.

What You'll Need: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write and communicate effectively
• Previous food service experience is preferred
