DINING SERVICES ASSOCIATE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Dishwashing and food preparation.
• Performs duties related to safe food preparation and appropriate use and maintenance of equipment.
• Prepares and maintains adequate supply of juices, condiments and snacks in a 24-hour snack bar.
• Keeps dining room clean by wiping down tables, resetting, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces to keep free from food debris.
• Serves all food as outlined by menu and ensures appropriate and appetizing presentation of food items.
• Assists personnel and residents in establishing a home-like atmosphere.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be certified in C.P.R., First Aide and safe food handling.
• Must be able to interpret written and oral instructions in English.
• Experience in food service position is desirable, but not required.

Job Type: 20-30 hours, swing shift

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
