Direct Care Professional - Part Time

We are currently hiring Part-Time Direct Care Professionals. Weekend Availability is a must.

You will provide direct care and skill training to individuals in a residential setting to support daily living and social skills. The DCP provides assistance with personal care, medication administration, implementing approved treatment plans, preparing meals, attending recreational activities, exploring the community and general companionship.

Part Time Weekends and Relief opportunities are available with this role. We have locations in Newton and Brookline.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary, we will train the right people!


• Minimum of high school degree or GED. 


• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.


• Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee.


• MUST HAVE: valid driver's license and a CLEAN driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment.


• Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirement

$1,000 New Hire Bonus offered after successful 90-day introductory period for Part Time hires.

Paid out in two installments 3 months & 6 months. Terms and conditions apply.

Residential Weekends Shifts- (All shifts available: 9:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm -9:00am)
