Hopes Promise Respite LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (Mentors) to provide in-home and community respite support for individuals with disabilities. We support both children and adults.

Part-Time/Full Time in Manalapan, Flanders, Burlington, Ocean County, Camden, Hudson County, Newton, Belvidere, Hackensack, Paterson, Morristown, Flemington, New Brunswick, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Newark, Trenton, Toms River, Freehold, Mays Landing, Bridgeton, Cape May, Salem, Woodbury, Mount Holly, and Somerville, NJ.

We are a leading provider of community-based respite services, committed to empowering children and adults with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Our services include in-home and community support, focusing on skill-building, socialization, and independence.

Job Summary:

As a Direct Support Professional (Mentor), you will provide personalized assistance and companionship. This includes:

Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, medication administration, meal preparation).

Facilitating community engagement (outings, social activities).

Supporting skill development and independence goals.

Providing emotional support and companionship.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.
