Current Openings – Coatesville, PA
We are currently hiring for two rewarding part-time positions:
Case 1: Support a young adult focused on gaining greater independence in daily routines, building confidence, and becoming more active in the community.
Case 2: Work one-on-one with an individual developing key life skills such as cooking, time management, and budgeting in preparation for more independent living.
Flexible weekday and weekend shifts are available.
Additional hours and clients may be available for those seeking more work.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized, respectful support with daily living activities
- Coach individuals through life skills development (meal prep, hygiene, money management, etc.)
- Support participation in recreational, educational, and community-based activities
- Build strong, supportive relationships while encouraging self-advocacy
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
- Protect individual rights and promote dignity and independence
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years as a DSP, caregiver, or similar role preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Licenses: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
Clearances: Must pass PA criminal background check
Certifications: CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
