About the Role

Integrity Support Solutions is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist a young woman in Ambler, PA with daily living skills, social engagement, and community participation. The ideal candidate will be dependable, encouraging, and passionate about helping individuals thrive in their personal and social development.
Case Details – Ambler, PA
- Work 1:1 with a warm and active young woman
- Provide support in community outings and skill-building activities
- Promote independence in areas such as transportation, decision-making, and daily routines
- Focus on meaningful, person-centered engagement
- Transportation provided by DSP (mileage reimbursed)
Schedule
- Flexible daytime weekday hours (approx. 10–15 hours/week)
- Schedule may expand over time or be combined with other local cases
Responsibilities
- Assist with community-based activities, errands, and recreation
- Encourage and guide life skill development
- Ensure client safety while promoting independence
- Maintain detailed documentation of goals and activities
- Build a strong, respectful, and supportive relationship with the individual
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in DSP, caregiver, or similar role (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required)
- Must pass Pennsylvania criminal background check
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
