About the Role

Integrity Support Solutions is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with two adult clients in the Gilbertsville and Red Hill areas. Each individual is working on life skills, independence, and community engagement.
Current Openings
🔹 Client in Gilbertsville, PA
- Work with an adult focused on building daily living skills, including hygiene, cooking, communication, and managing routines
- Provide transportation to activities and assist with community outings
🔹 Client in Red Hill, PA
- Support includes social engagement and reinforcement of independent living skills
- Help foster confidence in navigating community settings
Reliable transportation is required. Additional shifts may be available with other clients.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in personal growth, daily routines, and goal achievement
- Assist with life skills such as hygiene, housekeeping, meal prep, and budgeting
- Promote community involvement based on client interests
- Track progress and document services daily
- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients
- Ensure client safety and uphold individual rights
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in a DSP, caregiver, or related role preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED (required)
Licensing: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (required)
- Must pass PA criminal background check
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
