Director Of Nursing FLEX/PART-TIME

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee clinical operations and provide leadership to our caregiving team. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for a motivated professional who values autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise and support direct care staff

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee hiring, training, and performance of caregiving personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality assurance standards

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor staff and advocate for client well-being

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure safety, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of care

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Active Florida RN license & CPR certified

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year supervisory RN experience (home health preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & EMR platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation & willingness to conduct home visits

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree preferred

  
  

On-Site Requirement:
Must be available every other Thursday to sign documentation and review compliance materials.
