The Dishwasher at Five Iron will support the team leader in managing all aspects of our kitchen. Main responsibilities are listed below, but the Dishwasher will assist with additional tasks as directed by the team lead

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Clean food prep stations and equipment
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team
• Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor staff
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Must be flexible with hours 
• Certification that meets local requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Pay: $16/hr

Job Type: Non-exempt, Part-time

Schedule: Nights and weekends required
