As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading the dishwashing machine, hand washing specific items, storing clean dishes appropriately, and ensuring that there are always enough clean dishes, especially during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload dishwashing machine as demonstrated through training.

Hand wash specific items in the triple sink, such as large pots and certain kitchen equipment.

Store clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment appropriately.

Ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.

Check machine operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.

Regularly remove garbage.

Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area, including walls and floor.

Replace cleaning agents promptly and safely.

Break down the machine and ensure it is properly cleaned.

Work well with others and at a quick pace.

Be a team player and assist with other kitchen duties when needed.

Follow instructions and direction from the kitchen manager and other team leads.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, operate kitchen machinery (some age requirements may apply), and perform stooping and bending tasks.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, operate kitchen machinery, and perform stooping and bending tasks.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
