Schedule:

In this position, you will ensure the resident’s well-being and satisfaction both in services and physical environment by providing safe and pleasant transportation for recreational, business and medical purposes.

• Assist the Director of Entertainment & Programming in providing recreational, business and medical transportation to residents.
• The ability to plan and coordinate resident transportation.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting the vehicles.
• Drive residents to events as needed.
• Assist in completing vehicle safety and maintenance records on all vehicles driven.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you will need the following experiences, strengths and skills:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License (Class E in Missouri) and Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members. 
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
