We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at a refined, high-end sushi restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining the precision, cleanliness, and flow required in an elevated dining environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of cleanliness in sushi service, and works with care and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, knives, and kitchen tools


• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations and restaurant protocols


• Handle delicate dishware, sushi plates, and specialty tools with care


• Keep the dish station, floors, and surrounding kitchen areas spotless and well-organized


• Support sushi chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring continuous availability of clean tools and service ware


• Assist with light kitchen duties as needed (polishing plates, restocking supplies, maintaining prep areas)


• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean, odor-free environment

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or fine-dining experience preferred, but not required


• Strong attention to detail and respect for cleanliness and organization


• Ability to work efficiently in a calm, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment


• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs


• Professional attitude, reliability, and respect for kitchen hierarchy
