Assistant Operations Manager – Logistics
Location: El Segundo/LAX area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in logistics or a related field, with a focus on operations and team management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment, driving performance and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: Competitive base salary of $22.50 per hour, with daily overtime opportunities.
  • Schedule: Approximately 8 am to 9 pm, featuring 9-hour shifts; availability required 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid time off to recharge.
