What You’ll Do
- Curate the Visual Experience: Bring the store to life by designing and maintaining high-end displays, mannequins, and seasonal setups that exceed expectations and inspire our customers.
- Master Merchandising & Logistics: Take pride in the details by unloading freight, tagging new arrivals, and strategically arranging products to create a seamless and visually stunning shopping environment.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Partner with Leadership and Shop Managers to plan floor layouts and manage display budgets, ensuring every frame and image aligns with the latest trends and corporate campaigns.
- Support the Team Mission: Maintain an ultra-organized workspace and back stock area while effectively communicating with teammates to keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and ready for our guests.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.
- Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 20-25 hours per week.
- The Shift: Monday through Friday with shift times that vary between 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with flexibility as needed.
- Weekends: Occasional Saturdays may be needed.
- Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $17.00/HR.
This is a long term position, not a seasonal role.
