Dolphin Station Site Leader

Are you enthusiastic, dependable, and enjoy working with children? We’re looking for a positive, energetic team member to be our Dolphin Station Site Leader. This role is perfect for someone who loves making a difference in kids' lives while keeping things fun, safe, and structured.

This position requires the employee to create a safe and enjoyable environment for children before and after school. The Dolphin Station Site Leader is expected to implement the established lesson plans.

The Dolphin Station Site Leader reports to the Dolphin Station Site Supervisor and the Recreation Manager-Youth

Education, Experience and Training:

• Minimum age of 18 years old required


• Minimum of one year in a supervisory setting with children


• CPR/AED and First Aid certification


• Valid Illinois Driver’s License (Class D)


• Ability to obtain Training for Mandated Reporters within 30 days of hire

Hours:

• Monday-Friday from 3:15pm-6:15pm, following the Butler School District 53 calendar. Start date is August 18, 2025.
