About Us:
We are currently seeking responsible and reliable individuals to work directly with an autistic young adult within the Quakertown area. The position involves providing in-home and community-based support. The individual you will be working with is pleasant, fun to be around, has a good sense of humor, loves reading, and has a keen ability to learn new skills. The individual thrives with structure, routines, and the use of technology.
Hours: 12:00pm thru 5:00pm
**FLEXIBLE Weekends
Qualifications:
- MUST have at least one of the following degrees or certifications: Bachelor's degree in human services or Completion of RBT coursework and RBT certification, NADD Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience working with adults with Autism required.
- Familiarity with ABA techniques and principles.
- Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
