Location: Stillwater, MN

Rate of Pay: $20/hour 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dependable is looking for an energetic, fun loving Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a kind young woman in her own home in Stillwater, MN.

This young woman enjoys playing board games, cards, listening to music, being outdoors, getting into the community, and participating in the Special Olympics.

Staff would assist this with daily living skills like making sure she's ready for her transportation, appropriately dressed for the weather, meal preparation, and reminding of hygiene routine.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company.
