Job Description - DSP House Manager

Job Summary:

The DSP House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Community Residential Alternative (CRA) home while providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures the home environment is safe, clean, and supportive, while supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with all agency and DBHDD regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on care, support, and supervision to residents.

Lead, train, and support direct care staff in daily responsibilities.

Monitor documentation, medication administration, and household needs.

Coordinate transportation, medical appointments, and community outings.

Maintain a person-centered, respectful, and inclusive home environment.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

What We Do?

We focus on professional and dependable 24/7 care for disabled and elderly citizens of the community. We are dedicated to aiding our clients with their daily activities. These activities include light housekeeping, assisting and administering daily medications, and giving or assisting with baths and personal hygiene. We provide daily meal preparation and transportation for our clients as required. Among other services, we will provide companionship for our cherished clientele. We are state licensed and bonded.
