MaxCare Health & Residential Services is a residential group home providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs. We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team for full-time, part-time, every other weekend and/or PRN positions. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Medication Administration


• Assist clients with daily living activities


• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties


• Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities


• Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment

Shifts Available:

• 5:00pm - 9pm Monday - Friday


• 12:00pm - 7:00pm Saturday/Sunday

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields


• Compassionate and caring demeanor


• Ability to build rapport with clients


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)


• CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
