We are currently hiring Dynamic & Effervescent Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for in-home care shifts in Hamilton, VA. If you’re experienced with supporting clients on a dementia journey, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview
We are seeking empathetic and experienced CNAs to provide in-home support to a client who is need of more support and care as they continue their dementia journey. The right CNA will work closely with the family to provide care and support for the client. This role offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to a client who needs it.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as mobility, meal preparation, and support with light incontinence


• Accompany and transport on errands as necessary 


• Identify or recommend fun and engaging activities for client based on their interests


• Offer companionship and emotional support


• Collaborate with family members and care teams to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Virginia (preferred)


• Experience working with dementia


• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally attuned to client needs


• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility support


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
