Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team!

Responsibilities

Supervise children's safety and well-being

Prepare and oversee meals and snacks

Assist with hygiene and diaper changing

Implement educational curriculum

Plan and organize developmental activities

Customize teaching methods

Maintain schedules and routines

Communicate with parents about child development

Record child information

Ensure a safe and clean environment

Supervise outdoor activities

Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues

Qualifications

Possess a high school diploma.

Pass a background check

Possess a complete record of required immunizations

Meet all minimum training requirements, such as CPR, first aid, and child abuse.

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Our curriculum provides each caregiver and teacher with the resources they need to educate and care for their class. The Brightwheel app allows teachers to easily clock in and out, track their hours, and complete daily tasks such as the student’s daily care sheets. Teachers have all the information they need about their students at their fingertips. You will find that we are not your average center when it comes to how we interact and treat our team of teachers.
