Early Morning Group Class Instructor - Fit Societe

Are you a passionate fitness professional looking to inspire and motivate others while earning extra income? Fit Societe in La Mesa is looking for a dynamic Fitness Coach to take over our early morning group classes!

Position Details:

• Class Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 AM (60 minutes each)
• Pay: $35 per class
• Total Hours: 2 hours per week, with growth opportunities if desired

Who We’re Looking For:

We are a tight-knit gym community with a small, loyal, and growing clientele. We need an enthusiastic and reliable coach who can bring energy to our early morning classes, foster connections with members, and help us grow our membership base.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a full-time job or other coaching responsibilities and is looking for extra income. For the right fit, there is also an opportunity to take on personal training clients.

Requirements:

• Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Previous group fitness coaching experience preferred
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to engage and motivate clients of all fitness levels
