What We Do

With a pedagogical approach shaped by our founders’ work in cognitive science at Yale University, we offer holistic academic support across a wide range of subjects, including Economics. Our instructors help students tackle complex material with confidence, whether they're studying microeconomics, macroeconomics, or AP-level coursework.

This work goes beyond content mastery; it’s about fostering independence, resilience, and intellectual curiosity. It’s challenging, rewarding, and meaningful—for students and instructors alike.

Who You Are

You have a B.A./B.S. in Economics or a related field and a solid grasp of high school and introductory college-level economics. You may already have experience teaching or tutoring, or you’re ready to learn. What’s essential is your passion for the subject, your ability to communicate clearly, and your enthusiasm for helping students succeed.

We’ll provide training in our teaching philosophy and methods, but you’ll bring the drive and personality to connect with students. Whether you shine at simplifying supply-and-demand curves or have the humor and empathy to relate to a sleep-deprived high schooler, we want instructors who are authentic and engaged.

You may also be eligible for our rotational training program, where you can explore additional areas such as Educational Therapy and Standardized Test Prep—expanding your instructional toolkit and career potential.
