Position Title: Economics Instructor

FACULTY COMMITMENTS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS:
Course Description:
EC 201 ( 4 credits) Fall term ( 9.22.25-12.6.25)
Examines how consumers and firms make choices when facing scarce resources, and how those choices are related to government policy and market outcomes, such as prices and output.
EC 202 (4 credits) Winter term (1.5.26-3.21.26)
Examines the aggregate activity of a market economy, economic growth, inflation, unemployment, and the use of fiscal and monetary policy to address macroeconomic problems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
Assignment will include presence at all primary OCCC locations and may include evening and weekend work. Travel between College sites and other locations will be required. Occasional travel and overnight stays outside of Lincoln County may be required for training and other purposes.
The use of tobacco and smoke-emitting materials and devices including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited on all of the college’s campuses, including OCCC’s building exteriors and parking lots.
