ELA Tutor

We’re looking for an experienced tutor to teach English Language Arts and Social Studies to motivated 7th–12th grade students at the Army Navy Academy in Carlsbad, CA.

This is a small group setting (3–5 students) where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, strengthening students’ reading comprehension, writing skills, and overall academic confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Proven experience tutoring or teaching ELA and Social Studies at the middle/high school level.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and subject knowledge.

  
  


• 
  

  Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.

  
  


• 
  

  Bonus: Ability to also tutor Spanish.
