Role Overview:

As a Mathnasium Instructor, you'll focus exclusively on kindergarten through 4th grade students. In this role, you will help illuminate the path of mathematics for young learners in a small group setting, fostering a fun and engaging environment that turns early math concepts into exciting challenges.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with Young Children: Individuals with experience or a strong desire to work with younger students are preferred.

Educational Background: Proficiency in elementary mathematics is a must. Advanced math skills through Algebra are welcome but not required.

Enthusiastic and Engaging: Friendly individuals who can create a warm and inviting learning atmosphere.

Adaptability: Openness to learning and applying our Mathnasium methodologies tailored to young learners.

Working Hours and Compensation:

Flexible Scheduling: Part-time positions available with hours that accommodate your needs.

Center Hours: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (hours vary slightly over the Summer)

Competitive Pay: Hourly wage dependent on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
