Position Overview

We are currently hiring a caring and committed Elementary Tutor to support students in kindergarten through 6th grade. This role is ideal for educators who love working with young learners and are passionate about helping them master core academic skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. You will deliver individualized instruction in early literacy, math fundamentals, reading comprehension, writing, and homework support, tailored to meet each student's unique learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide one-on-one and small group instruction in reading, writing, and elementary math

  Use structured curriculum and proven strategies to reinforce foundational academic skills

  Adapt lessons based on student needs, pace, and learning styles

  Keep students motivated and focused through interactive and age-appropriate instruction

  Monitor and document student progress and share updates with the center team and families

  Create a welcoming, encouraging, and positive learning space for young learners

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Education, Child Development, or a related field)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience tutoring or teaching elementary-aged children preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and classroom management skills

  Ability to connect with young learners in a patient, engaging, and nurturing way
